PRINCESS DUCK LIMITED ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Warm Savings mobile application (the "App"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect the absolute minimum information required to provide our services to you:

• Email Address: We use a passwordless "magic link" authentication system. When you log in or sign up, we collect your email address to send you a secure login link.
• Virtual Savings Data: We store the savings goals, transaction records, and memos you create within the App. Please note that Warm Savings is strictly a tracking tool; no real money, bank accounts, or financial data are linked, transferred, or processed.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the App's core functionality (logging in, creating goals, recording virtual savings).
• To send you the authentication link via our email service provider.

We DO NOT use your data for targeted advertising, nor do we sell or rent your personal information to any third parties. We do not use any third-party analytics trackers.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on servers provided by Alibaba Cloud (International). We implement standard security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access or alteration. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

4. Third-Party Services

We do not integrate non-essential third-party SDKs for advertising or tracking. The only third-party service we use is:

• Resend: We use Resend's API solely to deliver the magic login link to your email address. Resend is not permitted to use your email address for any other purpose.

5. Account Deletion and Data Retention

You have the right to delete your account at any time. You can initiate the account deletion process directly within the App.

Please note: When you request account deletion, your account will enter a 30-day cooling-off period. During this 30-day window, your account will be scheduled for deletion but remains recoverable. If you log back into the App using your email address during this period, your deletion request will be automatically canceled, and your account will be restored.

6. Children's Privacy

Warm Savings is designed to be safe and suitable for users of all ages. Since our App is purely a virtual tracking tool without real financial transactions or social networking features, it is appropriate for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the applicable age of consent without parental approval. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can remove it.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
